Colours make our mood. Most of us agree that we would rather live in a colourful environment rather than a colorless one. Colours are part of our own nature. The advance of technology help us find out that our bioenergy (aura) emits colours.
The abundance of colours around us recharges our bioenergy in the most natural way. Colour Therapy is an essential part of our daily life.
Researches started again during the 19th century (we already know that in antiquity, people studied nature and the qualities of colours) to study the healing qualities of each colour.
In the visible spectrum of light, the different wave lengths and the vibration frequencies create different colours, each one with its qualities and symbolism. The results of these studies led to the creation of different approaches of Colour Therapy, where specific tools and other means are used to transmit colours. The researches and studies are still in progress.
Light and colours are considered the healing process of the future (laser rays are considered an essential step towards this process).
Each colour has a different healing effect in a physical, emotional and psychological level.
Colour Therapy examines these healing qualities of colours:
- which are the qualities of each colour (healing qualities),
- psychology of colours (a key to our subconscious and inner desires),
- how Colour Therapy is conducted (methods and tools).
